Basic labor to paint exterior surface with favorable site conditions. Prep up, clean, scrape, sand and patch up to 4 defects per 100 SF. Caulk gaps and spot prime. Roll / brush  over walls or ceiling. Includes planning, equipment and material acquisition, area preparation and protection, setup and cleanup. If you have more than one (1) sqft, just type in the number of sqft as a quantity. Like enter a quantity of 200 for 200 sqft.

-The listed price is per square foot of labor. For example, type in 500 in the quantity if you have 500 square feet.
- If you do not know the square footage of the area where you want your new flooring, just simply measure the length and measure the width and that's the square footage.
